The objective of this project was to highlight the life and works of a noted graphic designer or graphic artist. The featured graphic artist, John Alvin, is perhaps not immediately recognized by name but his talents have been leant to the film industry to create some of the most spectacular and iconic film posters and concept art of all time. He is probably best known his work on the E.T. The Extra Terrestrial theatrical poster in which he actually based the child's finger on his own daughter.
